This agreement is a contract between you, a person representing you, or acting as your legal representative for the company/corporation, manufacturer or artist/band for which this product is made. By submitting this membership registration form to Aurea Media you have accepted this agreement, and both you and Aurea Media will be bound by its terms. This agreement supersedes any prior agreement between you and Aurea Media.

1. The barcode that is generated for your product and will remain the property of Aurea Media indefinitely. The product itself will remain the property of its rightful owner or owners. The product is not limited for distribution through or by Aurea Media, and can be sold or distributed by any means the owner or owners see fit. Aurea Media holds no obligation in distributing or promoting your product.

2. You acknowledge that Aurea Media has not made any representation or warranties with respect to the fitness for purpose of its barcodes. You also acknowledge that you understand that the purchased barcode may not be accepted by all retailers and that you agree that you are fully assuming such risk and that you shall not hold Aurea Media liable for any loss or damage that may result in such event.

3. The owner maintains all copyrights of content in intellectual property.

4. Aurea Media reserves the right to refuse or accept any product for any reason.

5. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying Aurea Media. The agreement is dissolved when Aurea Media receives a written notice. Aurea Media reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time by written notification to the address provided.

6. You certify that the registered product is yours to register and by registering it, it will not in any way violate or infringe on any third party's contract, copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, or privacy rights. You also certify that you have no oral or written obligations, contracts, or agreements of whatever nature entered into prior to this agreement, which are now in force and binding and which would in any way interfere with carrying out this agreement to its full intent and purpose.

7. You agree to hold harmless Aurea Media, its directors, officers, employees, and their successors, assigns, agents, and licensees from any claim, liability, damages, cost and expense which may arise in connection with the use of the barcode.You further agree to hold harmless Aurea Media, its directors, officers, employees and their successors, assigns, agents and licensees for any third party claim arising from your use of the barcode inconsistent with any agreement or representation made by or with Aurea Media.No warranties are made or implied on any registered products by Aurea Media. Products are registered "as is" and all warranties for products, if any, are the responsibility of you or your manufacturer. Aurea Media is not liable for product content or any claim of liability caused by or related to the product.

8. All sales are final. No Refunds.
